Arktriq Inc provides architecture-first systems, including ERP integration, consulting, and proprietary operational tools. Our services must be used strictly for their intended operational and administrative purposes.

Access to Applications (Relay, ERP)

Access to Arktriq Relay, Arktriq ERP, and related infrastructure requires authorized credentials. Arktriq Inc reserves the right to review access logs and activity where necessary to protect system integrity and revoke access in the event of misuse, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or breach of system integrity.

Limitations

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary systems unless explicitly permitted. Our systems are provided "as is" without warranty of continuous, uninterrupted availability, though we engineer for high uptime.

Liability

Arktriq Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our systems or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the extent permitted by law.
